Healthy life style is not a big secret to discover. You can easily have a healthy life style by setting simple rules in your life. These rules help you set up a healthy life style by following them.
This is the most important rule in rule set. In this rule, you should choose right foods, right cooking methods, consume enough amount of food, choose right supplement and consume enough amount of water. Let’s look deeper:
So, what is “Right Foods”? Right foods means mostly your diet should be based upon vegetables and fruits. Within vegetables and fruits, you should be inclined for the red, purple and black ones. Beside vegetables and fruits; Healthy fats, grains, cereals, and skim dairy products should be in the short list. And what about meats? A healthy nutrition can’t be without meat. You should firstly prefer fish and poultry but, of course nothing can’t substitute a low-fat non-burned delicious beefsteak. And the last words about right foods; Be aware of GMO (genetically modified organism) when you do shopping.
“Right Cooking Methods”. If you will cook, you should choose right cooking method. It will be good if you prefer to consume vegetables as well washed but raw. Prefer grill, steam, and baking and keep away from frying and barbecue. And it is very important to consume less raw meats such as sushi and fermented meats.
“Consume Enough Amount of Food”. Enough means not less or not more. You should consume according to your daily calorie need. But from which food and how much? It is highly recommended to prefer a healthy nutrition pyramid such as “Mediterranean Diet” when you try to obtain amount.
“Right Supplements”. Choosing a right supplement is not easy. I personally recommend a good brand multivitamin but not a mega one, a good brand of Vitamin C and An Omega 3. When you try to choose brand then consider about origin, reviews and type. Supers, megas, hypers are not recommended. Those boost you for a while but after a period your body adjusts itself and they are transformed as a regular one by your metabolism.
“Enough Water”. Enough water means enough liquid for your body. It is highly recommended 3 liter liquid for adult men and 2.7 liter liquid for adult women. These total amount should contain minimum 8 times 8 ounces pure water and rest of it can be other liquid such as tea, juice.

Healthy thinking is a rule in rule set. It helps you to have a calm and peaceful life. Environment is as much as important like what we eat, what we drink and what we do. You should provide yourself a comfort zone in home and in work place. Clean, decorative and less furnished areas touch your soul, eyes and pleasure with a kind emotion. When you eat, drink or do something, you should do them in smart and functional life space to set up a rule of healthy lifestyle.
Escape from Electromagnetic Areas
When you find time then run away from the city, change your habits for using electronics devices to keep less them in hands. Watch less TV, read more book, never take electronic devices in bedrooms, be aware of WiFi dirtiness and etc… These are simple codes which you should follow to set up our last rule.
